Welcome to The Gifting Marketplace, we are India's emerging B2B marketplace for gifting.

We are a team of gifting experts who personalize quirky gifts and promotional items for individuals and corporates. Creativity is our strength. Hence, we allow our customer to prototype their emotions and we turn them into reality!

Where can The Gifting Marketplace deliver products?

There's almost nowhere we can't reach within India. Apart from our own delivery network, we use premium courier partners such as DHL, Blue Dart, FedEx, etc. to get to the recipient on time.

We typically aim to have bulk orders delivered between 15-20 business days, and sample orders within 10-12 business days. It may take up to few more business days to deliver products to remote locations.

Nevertheless, there's rarely a place where we can't supply happiness.

What kind of Products available at The Gifting Marketplace?

Do you provide COD option?

We are B2B marketplace for gifting. So as per the our products types which includes the personalization touch. For those reason COD isn't available.

Although, manier times the sender of the gift (who buys the gift & is responsible for the payment) is invariably different from the recipient of the gift. Hence, COD isn't available.

What kind of payment methods does The Gifting Marketplace accept?

The Gifting Marketplace provides a wide variety of payment options ranging from cards to wallets. i.e. Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets etc.

What do I do if my payment is deducted but my order is not placed?

In rare instances when you have made the payment and have not received an order confirmation email within 24hours, please call our customer care at +91-63527-40443.

Are my transactions & banking details secure on The Gifting Marketplace?

Our complete website is secured by an SSL encryption. The green bar that appears in your browser address bar shows ‘https' which highlights a secure connection rather than a normal ‘http' connection. All your data and transaction related details are accepted through the SSL protocol ensuring high level of security. We suggest that you avoid sharing details of your The Gifting Marketplace account or your card details with anyone.

What delivery options do you provide?

We provide several delivery options depending on the location, weight, and the product.

For orders lesser than 10kg - We prefer to deliver it via premium courier partners like Blue Dart, FedEx, Delhivery, etc.

Do you charge for Shipping?

Yes. We deal in Bulk quantities and as per our business nature and carton sizes we do charge a nominal Shipping charges. All the prices mentioned on product pages are exclusive of Shipping and Taxes.

Will our order be delivered exactly on the date that I have chosen for delivery?

All the products, which are couriered or shipped through transporters, the date of delivery is only tentative in nature.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by visiting your My Account section. Although, we do sent the tracking details along with transport bill via email for each orders.

Why bulk orders aren't door delivered?

For time being only within Mumbai we do provides door delivery for Bulk Orders.

For orders outside Mumbai and having more than 10kg of weight, customer has to pickup it from the nearest delivery warehouse from their location. i.e. XYZ customer based in Delhi has ordered the Products having weight of 20kg. In these case we will sent the goods through the nominated shipping partner and make itavailable to the nearest location of the customers shipping/delivery location. Further customer has to pick-up the cargo from the nearest warehouse.

What is B2B Bulk Orders?

The orders having weight of more than 10kg are considered as Bulk order. Rest other orders with lesser than 10kg will be couriered separately are eligible for door delivery.

How order in Bulk from The Gifting Marketplace?

We takes online orders through our website, and app.

In the case if you have further more quantities are required then mentioned on the product page. Do connect with our team by specifyig the exact requirement via email or call.

Do you gift wrap or provide packaging options?

Yes. We provide an option to add a gift packaging, box or wrapping at nominal charge. Comment your requirement in the notes section during checkout, and our team will be in touch with you after order placement.

What details do I need to provide while ordering a products from The Gifting Marketplace?

The recipients address and phone number are mandatory information for placing the order.

This is required so that our delivery partners can do last mile coordination with the recipient and deliver your products without hassle & mistakes. We suggest you also provide recipients email address so that if he/she is not available on phone, we can coordinate with him/her over email for seamless delivery.

In addition, you are required to sign up once on our website with your proper email id and phone number. We suggest that for frictionless communication, you keep this information updated on our website.

Also, update GSTIN details along with billing address if you require the Tax Invoice for your order in the name of your company.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Order with personalized/customized products or perishable products including flowers and cakes, won't be cancelled once it is processed. Do connect with us at call +91-63527-40443 or email at for order cancellation if it isn't processed.

How long does it take to process my cancellation?

Order cancellation is initiated instantly once after the order isn't processed and based on your dual confirmation received but it takes 6-7 working days for the amount to reflect in the bank account.

Can I ask for a partial cancellation of my order?

We don't allow partial cancellations of the order. If your order is not dispatched, you can fully cancel the order and place a new one. If your order is already dispatched, then you cannot cancel the order.

What does In-store Only mean?

Instore Only means we are only sellling the product offline either via any of our locations or outlets. We don't sell it online.
